vw dealer servicing

I'm about to get the new old tiguan serviced at the dealer but wondering if any of the vw forums have discussed the good, bad and ugly.

I know bmw have ratings per dealer on the websites themselves but can't see something similar for vw

My local one is citygate chalfont but could potentially use a few others if needed

I've found Citygate generally Ok in this area. Seem to know what they are doing and pricing on the fixed price menu is reasonable.

M25 Audi (Spire) and Wayside VW (Jardine) seem to be the worst as I've had repeated poor experiences with them.
