Audi A6 (C6) wheel fitment question

2005 3.0 TDI s-line , Will 205/55/15 5x112 ET 42 steelies be ok to fit ?

No.

We've got the 3.0TDi S-Line (ours is Le Mans, but the brakes and wheels are the same) and 17" is the smallest that will fit.

I know, I wanted to reuse the 16" winter wheels from my Beemer (with adapters) but they don't go over the brakes.

Audi recommend the 17x7J ET42, but mine are 17x7.5J ET45.
