...have a mechanical type of LSD, either front or rear? I am guessing that they are Torsen or Torsen type diffs, but don't really know where to start looking for information.

If they are Torsen, then can anyone tell me which?

To my knowledge, no. None did.

I believe the B5 RS4 boys use 034/Quaife diffs when big power is involved.

Thanks. Do you mean that they had open differentials all around, or that the LSDs fitted were viscous or Torsen type?

Thanks. What sort of rear LSD? Don't any have front LSD? Its the same physical differential as far as I am aware.

Great knowledge if so; I had one and have never heard that mentioned before.

Can you/anyone find a reference to this? My B5 brochure doesn't have the quattro Sport in it.
