Audi/VAG Customer Services Director - contact details?

My wife's previous Jazz at 8 years old and 89k miles had a whelel bearing replaced FOC noted by dealer at Mot authorised by Honda and replaced the next day with the dealer picking up our car and returning it. The one and only issue. With that car which was used and abused for well over 100k miles. It drove and felt like new when sold and still returned 49mpg on average.

That's why I used Honda as an example - Jazz mk1 had several issues. As well as wheel bearings, a lot had gearbox bearings go and leaking body seams. 8yrs was the limit for goodwill though. The wheel finish was starting to go on our current mk2 Jazz and the dealer changed them no hassle. Same issue with our VW Golf while still in warranty - dealer first lied about the extent of the warranty coverage then simply refused to change them. VW UK said it's up to the dealer. Lesson learned.
Um... Can anyone help with contact details of someone in VW who actually has some teeth? Alison Jones, perhaps, as head of VW Customer Services. I see she's also Vice President of the Institute of Customer Services... Surely that must count for something... I'm really struggling here.

I'm not sure if you're being serious? Your car is quite old and has nearly 100k on? Why would/should anyone other than the owner have to pay for the repairs? Trailhead said:
