Sat nav won't eject. Help please!

Op. Audi nav did not do full postcode until recently. Your system functions as it should

Mmm..I think you may be right. My sister has a '57 reg A4 s-line and told me I should have a map like her's.
So am I correct in thinking the CD is in the drive (but it's locked) and I won't ever see a map on the screen and the sat nav wouldn't work at all if there was no CD in there? I thought maybe the sat nav was preloaded but the map worked off the CD only.
