Golf VR6 Coilovers?

I just got a VR6 for virtually nothing, I am trying to upgrade the suspension as it's currently on old coilovers which are leaking and there is a knock from the passenger side when going over bumps.

So being on a budget, what's the best coilovers for money I can stick on this, I would rather not go over 500quid but if I did I would just buy some spax coilovers.

Better to have a good spring/damper set than cheapy coilovers IMO

£500 should get you a nice set
