Audi RS6 order

Plenty of good deals out there on the RS6. If only I could get a test drive in one. Inchape own most/all the dealerships in the south east, and they said their nearest one is in Bolton! Clearly not in a rush to sell these things. Wanted to test drive back to back with the new Q7.
Get in touch with Caffyns if you're in the south east. They had a handful of them a month or so back. There might be a demo still around. Tetbury Audi had one recently - I test drove it prior to buying mine. Competitive dealer on RS6s too, plus they have a number of slots up for grab that can be tweaked to your spec. Ask for Chris Jones. Straight dealer.
And do it. Only done 200 miles in mine so far but blown away. Not least by other road users reaction - after years in Porsches, it is great to see people smile and give the thumbs up instead of the finger

A word of warning to any would be RS owners, my car is Prism Silver, it is crystal effect along with Panther Black. Someone scraped the bumper in a car park a few weeks ago (and buggered off), the car went in for repair 18 days ago and was prepped only for the wrong paint to arrive, I am still waiting for the paint, the next promised date is October 6th and the body shop is not entirely certain they will make that date, in the meantime I am running round in their VW Polo.

Portsmouth Audi have an RS6 demo - the DP lives round the corner from me. It's a new '65' plate mondie said:
Its time for me to get serious about my next car. An RS6 or RS7 is at the top of the list. Are there any good lease deals around as I cannot locate any?
Cheers
Carwow is your friend for a PCP but not a lease. You should be able to get close to £20k off.Cheers
I love that Mica Blue. Wasn't that also the colour of the Racing Puma's?

Not a chance - unless you spec a £100k plus car. I love that Mica Blue. Wasn't that also the colour of the Racing Puma's?
I got £12k off my £55k BiTDI. That included the £4.5k that Audi throw in. The Audi contribution on the RS is more but I forget the exact amount (£6k?).
Dealers give these discounts to hit quarterly targets with non-walk-in customers. When you are looking to buy can have a big effect on what you get quoted.

There is a world of difference between an RS6 and a normal A6 in terms of deals, there are discounts on RS6 of course, but nowhere near £20k unfortunately. You might have more luck with the RS7 though, I get the impression they are difficult to shift and it's well known that the discounts on the normal A7 have been pretty generous.Dealers give these discounts to hit quarterly targets with non-walk-in customers. Discounts on the RS6/7 are fairly similar at the moment and I think you'd struggle to get much more that £7-9k off. As above, their is a big difference in discount between the normal models and the RS models. silentbrown said:

Modern world, I find cars such as this as dull as fk. I have just sold a six month old R35 GT-r for the same reason, and in character terms that car is way beyond the dull as ditchwater Audi. All the go, but in the real world, no relevance whatsoever. So, not a troll (just to show what you know) but someone who thinks these mega bhp cars are a complete waste of time.Edited by Skyman on Tuesday 6th October 21:18
