Octavia door rubbing strips - how are they attached?

One of the rubbing strips on the rear door of our 2010 Octavia appears to be coming away from the door - just a small potion of it.

Anyone know how they are attached - double sided tape/ adhesive pads or glue type adhesive? I'm reluctant to take it off if I don't know how they are attached from the factory.
