Audi A3 8p - different gear knob?

[Deadlift]

I dislike the gearchange in my A3, the gear stick feels far too long (oooooo). Does the S3 gear knob/stick sit any lower? Or any other options?

Can fit short shifters, the front to back one is good, side to side isn't really worth the money.
