VW Golf GTD Lease

I'm scouring the internet for a lease on an MK7 GTD. Not sure on what deals have been available but the best I can see is:

5000 miles, 24 months, £1,267.14 initial, £211.19 monthly

10000 miles, 24 months, £863.94 initial, £287.98 monthly

Both with Freedom Contracts.

I'm not sure what the price per mile for extra mileage is, so can't work out if the 5000 miles with maybe some extra miles (up to 3000) or the 10,000 miles will work out cheaper.

Any other deals that are available?

Freedom are pretty much the cheapest I've seen recently. Their excess on the Golf R Estate I have enquired about is 6.28ppm, so I don't imagine the GTD would be any different.

My GTD is £250 a month for 24 months (10k per year) through Inchcape Volkswagen Chester.

Excess miles are charged at 6.2p per mile plus VAT. Though if you go over get a quote from VWFS as they will do a deal!

What was the deposit on that?

Deposit was around £1200 (VW put in £500 I think)

Had a new 5 door GTD delivered 2 weeks ago. It's fully maintained for 2 years on 10,000 per annum. £258 per month on 6 +23 payments. Direct VW at Kettering who were brilliant.
