Audi RS3: Born Restless

I'd rather poke wasps up my arse than drive a fking audi.
Indeed. Audis these days have all been whacked with a big boring stick. Couple that with a distinct downgrade in quality, the only people who buy them are those with rose-tinted glasses who "still believe", and reps who have no choice. The stupid thing is, i want to like audis. I just can't.
Theyve done some cracking stuff too. I remember the first tt i saw in the flesh. The shape, the interior, it just looked special. I think of the r8 in non metallic grey i saw in traffic a while back and how very, very cool it looked. I even think back to the old rally days, the quattros, the coolness of them and i almost, ALMOST want one again.
Then i look in my mirror and nine times out of ten all i can see is a white, poverty spec diseasel with some irate tit sat too close, often on their phone, ruining the brand.
I tell you one thing for certain, they've made it much easier to own a bmw again.

Read all this and my heart sank. Am also prejudiced against the brand since the rise of the White lease wagon with optional wraparound sunglasses but was trying to convince myself that a dark coloured A6 V6 Avant Q would be a good family barge.
Last one I had was an A3 130 Quattro new back in 2002. Great everyday and all weather commuting hack but thought the dealers were idiots.
Hopefully if I do it, I can sneak under the radar and not be noticed!
