Bought a Leon Cupra R.

I replaced my mk2 CRX with a Leon Cupra R on Friday. Got one for 3k that's just had a lot of work done on it (although it is completely standard).

Can't find fault with it to be honest.

I do find the power delivery slightly underwhelming, it is so linear that it feels like it never really 'kicks off' as such.

I think perhaps I need to add some drama to it, stage 1 remap maybe.

They are great cars with excellent performance for the money

Remap it, it will completely transform the car and give it some serious performance, even stage 1
