A3 convertible - heated rear window not working

Hi all, need help to repair the heated rear window on an A3 convertible. I checked the normal stuff like fuses and the diode on the switch illuminates.

Any ideas ?

Check the headlining inside the car around the rear screen. The screen surround can become disconnected and in turn, snaps the live feed wire to the screen.
