Mine is an SE (with sports seats) so probably quite a bit softer than an SQ5 or S line A6 but even on 19" 255/40 it is extremely comfortable. I use mine exclusively for long distance motorway driving and 1000 km in one hit is very easy.

On a longer trip with a bit of motorway it generally does 40-42mpg. I think more could be achieved if you stick to speed limits and take things easy.
Back along I had to collect my wife from a specific point in London at a specific time, untypically the M4 was very quiet, leaving me with time in hand and so I dawdled along at about 60, highest mpg I saw was just over 48mpg but climbing, I think 50mpg would be possible given the right conditions.

Ordered one just after I posted as I cannot get on with my 2.0 Diesel auto that I took delivery of in March this year.

Shortest time I have ever owned a new car for biglaugh

Now wondering if I might have been better not bothering as all the reasons I was buying the BiTurbo may have gone out the window if they mess with its settings for these emissions issues??

I don't think the BiTdi is affected, Mrs Blue has an SQ and have had no contact from Audi.

I've got a 320ps 2015 saloon black edition with tech pack.

Probably the best saloon car I've ever owned.

Stunningly quick with effortless response and ridiculously good fuel consumption and range considering the performance on offer.

The latest edition seems to have cured the usual poor Audi ride quality and I would swear that it rides on 20 inch wheels as beautifully as my previous benchmark E class did on it's 18 inch ones (Audi allege that the suspension uses more aluminium parts but I've never seen a magazine mention the lovely ride quality)

From a performance point of view it reminds me very much of my old E39 M5, but it has even more torque and the 4 wheel drive means it takes off in an amazing fashion (there's a video of one out dragging a 997 on youtube if you google it)

Quiet as a mouse around town, and comfortable, with all the tech you could wish for, yet satisfying to drive on an open road especially in dynamic mode which comes with an AMG V8 soundtrack (although sadly this is synthetically generated by a transducer within the exhaust system which is normally used in noise cancelling mode to keep things quiet) Needless to say on the motorway or preferably autobahn it is a fantastic proposition which has the measure of most of the vehicles which you will encounter.

Visually it just looks like a normal audi black edition saloon with slightly bigger wheels - nothing to upset the clients there then - and nothing too much to worry about parking in town - a real Q car.

Downsides ? Nothing much to report as yet, other than at 7,000 miles I had to top up the adblue, which I did from an HGV pump at a motorway service station for 69p per litre x 17 litres to fill the tank.
