Plus better IT, sound insulation, "double glazing" among other myriad tweaks like lower emissions (and VED).
And much cooler and better resale of course wink

Hi Guys,

Been shopping around for a RS6 spec and had some offers from a few dealers.
I am able to get a stock car which is coming in, more a less to my spec with a few extra options which I wouldn't run with if this was a build (Its in Nardo being the main thing)

The car is coming in at £92,763 and based on me taking a PCP out they will give me £13,140 discount so it's coming in at £79,623 (£6140 Discount on the car plus £7000 from them/Audi which is being added in to the deposit amount, along with funds from me)
The APR is based at 4.9% and just wondered how this sits with recent deals people have had?
Cheers

Dafydd

I got £13961 discount on a slightly cheaper spec, which equates to 15.2%... Squeeze them for another grand off! hehe

is there any benefit to picking up a new car 1 march 2016 against 1 feb 2016? ie plate change.

Private plate will go on after a few mths. A month knowing it can be in my hot sticky hands earlier is strong.

It shouldn't but the plates change from 65 to 16. Come trade in you just know the dealers will class the car as up to 6 months older. Madness but i'd wait until 1 march. It might make a difference of as much as 2k

It's nonsense given that there are two plate changes per year, my car arrived a month early and I decided not to wait, the way I look at it I am one month nearer getting my next car! On the subject of PCP and discounts, I know a few have taken the deal and then cancelled the finance within the cooling off period, no idea if they have then paid cash or refinanced at a lower rate, but it can be done.

Agreed. In all the conversations I've had they are more interested in the calendar year.

Cheers, they were no budging up to 1k.
Managed to get full tank and boot liner, plus a branding pack as this was removed on the stock model.
Hopefully pick up end of this week early next so overall happy.

No problem, picking up this Friday so I shall upload some pictures.
Will probably get this detailed with some protector, so will upload some greater quality images after this.

The facelift was MY2015, the changes Were a new LED design uses two straight lines that cut across the middle of the headlight unit and split up at the end. There are no other body, power or wheel changes but happy to be proven wrong.
Did this include the 'sweeping' rear indicators, or did pre-2015 cars have that too?

I've seen them on an R8 and they look impossibly cool.

All I know is they went into production 1 Dec 14 so it's safe to assume this was part of the facelift for the RS6

Have been offered 13% off today without having to take out their so called 'cheap' finance. I think that's probably the best I will get to unless snyone else knows of a better deal?

Picked up the car yesterday from Worcester and its not a bad car, with a decent drive back to London.
