Damaged mirror on a B8

Did a bit of mirror jousting tonight on a country lane and the glass is now a bit loose, though all functioning ok. Anyone know what I need to replace before I get my pants pulled down by the dealer?

Three possibilities I can think of:
The glass has just come partly unclipped. (free fix!)
The clips on the mirror glass are damaged (cheap, unless you have auto-dipping door mirrors)
The mating clips in the mirror/motor housing are damaged. (bend over...)
