There are fairly localised instances of thefts and they tend to move round with the people doing the stealing. If you live outside those areas (which I'd count myself as doing) then it's just unlucky if you get caught out, but if you're in the hotspots it'll keep happening while there's a market for them used.

There's a B8 RS been stolen and recovered minus front buckets and MMI - mentioned on a forum this week - 2014 model and written off due to cost of replacement seats and repairing associated damage....
