No, you need to get a non-family member to witness your signature.

It's been a 2 and a half month wait but mine finally arrived this morning at 9AM on a double flat bed truck. I was not expecting it to arrive so early, but the drive drove through the night from Newcastle to London.

With all the practical thought that has gone into the design of the Alltrack, I wonder which numpty signed off the bright white headlining?

When mine arrives it'll be pressed into service carting garden waste and topsoil. Not sure the white headlining is ideal.....

Well the deal is real... Mine arrived yesterday, driven up from Cardiff and on my drive. The urano grey isn't bad, looks better in the flesh. Not had chance to drive it yet due to a broken ankle so for now I can just look out the window and sit in it!

Looks really smart, happy with it!! not the best pics I'm afraid!

Do these come with the MDI cable for connecting an iPod or iPhone? Or do VW charge extra for that?

You plug your own lighting or 30pin cable into the usb socket

Yes, you can play your music, search tracks, change tracks and make phone calls etc. It works with Apple Music. No voice control or apps unless you spec'd app connect.

You can do that all via Bluetooth too though.

Tracks and contacts are displayed on the centre and in the dashboard display.

One annoying feature is that when you connect via a lightning cable, most times it starts playing the same track, rather than the last choon you played.

Mine turned up at 8.45 this morning. Still raining so had to sign paperwork without properly inspecting the car. I'm told I can call though any defects within 24 hours so waiting for the rain to stop. Quite impressed with the urano grey. It suits the car.
