Seems I had same build week as you and Chas88 but my car is still in Emden

Been there since the 12th May - allocation of space to vehicles appears to be a bit random? But this is Germany, so I am sure there will be a reason - probably forgot to put a towel in my spot
Will have to wait for a few more weeks then, VW chat said it could be around 15 days to get allocated a space once it arrives at the port.

As others have said I've done no ID checks yet, and simply paid £500 towards the initial once the order form was signed (VW Main Dealer).

Not at all. I'm probably the most sad. I have a spreadsheet called 'Golf R Countdown'...As others have said I've done no ID checks yet, and simply paid £500 towards the initial once the order form was signed (VW Main Dealer).
It has all the dates that things have happened on, and my predictions on when it will arrive.
This is quite interesting - huge volumes of cars waiting to be loaded and from what I can see around 800 cars on a ship... might take a while to get from the back of the queue to the front..

Mine has gone to 5a in transit this morning, probably going to be on holiday when it arrives ☹️
Hey guys how you finding a more specific info on where you car is? Ordered an R estate build week was 9/5 and is in transit. (Your car is on the next stage of its journey to the UK. On average it takes 3 weeks for this model to reach your local Volkswagen Retailer.)
Planing on taking it to Le Mans on the 15th July.
