Rad fan, horn and indicator linkage

I had overheating through both rad fans not working coupled with fast indicators and no horn the other week
Neil ran the diagnostics and couldn't find a fault and weirdly it all started working again until today when I get overheating through no fans, no horn and fast indicators again

Anyone have a view other than I've been drinking too much
