DPF Regen

Hi all.

Audi A6 3.0 tdi

How can I tell if my DPF is regenerating/ burning off (or whatever) correctly.

I do quite a few short journeys but roughly once a week an 80 mile each way blast down a motor way. Even doing 70 mph the revs are only approx 1500 rpm when E selected.

Selected Auto (D) today but the revs dont go up much.

Do I need to hold it at 3-4000 rpm for a minute or something?

How do I know if its 'doing its thing' ?

Whereabouts are you? Would regen it for you if you wish - we have OE kit for VAG.
