Seat will give you £250 high street vouchers if you call them with your order number to complain about the colour change.

Thanks for sending that through. Like what you're planning with the front splitter.

I'm waiting to see what offer comes back from the guys at Stoneacre. When I posted about my order back in September they ended up getting about 20 odd additional orders through Pistonheads, so they figure (correctly) that they owe me.

I've kindly suggested that a fully loaded Cupra Black with the Sub8 pack will go some way to make me feel better

The vouchers are offered as goodwill from SEAT directly, not the supplying dealer so it's still worth giving them a call. I managed to get £250 high street vouchers and a free service.

Email from DM Kieth today saying my car is available for delivery after the 14th as the finance was approved today and they are now waiting the 14 days cooling off. I thought that didn't apply?

Still waiting on BCA contacting me about picking up the Golf. Insurance is up on the 12th so if I can arrange pick up on the 12th and arrival of the Cupra on the 14th that will have worked out well.

I believe the "Distance Selling Regs" meant the 14 days starts from the date the car is delivered to you.

My Golf R goes next Wednesday before 2pm and the Cupra ST will arrive the same day - I may have both on my drive for a couple of hours!!

Mine is at the port and due to be at IMG next week. I didn't think the 14 day cooling off applied either.

There doesn't seem to be any dedicated Leon Cupra forums and Cupra.net is full of Leon diesel owners so I've just created a Leon Cupra MK3 owners group on Facebook if anybody would like to join.

LeonOC has more than enough Cupra's on it, we are also 1 of only 2 forums that are actually recognised by SEAT UK,SEAT ES and SEAT Sport (I attend regular events with SEAT Sport)

I've just had a quick look on LeonOC. It doesn't seem very active and a lot of the topics haven't haven't had any post for months and even years.

My car was the car used for designing the MK3 TRC Splitter, My previous MK2 LCR was also the development car for the MK2 splitter.

Its usually worth giving BCA logistics a call yourself, I was told it can take up to a month for cars to get collected but i called BCA 3 days after i terminated with VWFS and arranged to get the car collected a few days later.

Thanks for the tip. Not too sure on what exact protocol is for the collection so I'll maybe give it until tomorrow then give VWFS a call and say to them I'm going to call BCA. I've not got a contact for BCA or any paperwork confirming the Golf is paid off.

I'd definitely be demanding they supply, paint and fit side skirts. The car looks so much better with them.
