After you've signed and sent the agreement off, did you guys get any written/email confirmation back, or just go to collect the car?
Yes - Carly at Lookers confirmed she had received them, confirmed VWFS had approved delivery and then one to confirm my desired delivery date.NeoVR said:

Boring post alert....
Just looking out the window at the car an noticed sporadic placement of the black covers for the wheel nuts, I doubt that they have been nicked as they would have all gone but wandered if anyone else had noticed the same:
Front Driver: 5 black caps
Front Passenger: 4 Black caps
Rear Driver: 4 Black caps
Rear Passenger: 2 black caps
Just wandered if anyone else had them missing as assumed they would come from the factory with them fitted
Mine has all 5 black covers on each wheel - you have been short changed!Just looking out the window at the car an noticed sporadic placement of the black covers for the wheel nuts, I doubt that they have been nicked as they would have all gone but wandered if anyone else had noticed the same:

1650 Hrs Sat "You were going to ring me today..."
"Yeah about what?!"
Start of the call "The cars at port you'll have it soon"
End of call "The cars right in front of me I'm looking at it now, I'll send you the docs tomorrow and you'll have it tues/weds.'

Does anyone have any comments about excessive wind noise on their Cupras at motorway speeds?
I seem to have an annoying amount of wind noise coming from the top corner of the drivers door, right next to my ear. I was going to try and live with it but after covering 600 miles this weekend im convinced its not normal.
Ive checked the seals and door alignment which show no obvious issues.. the cynical me doesn't really want to take it to the dealer, as its not one of those easy to diagnose issues.. plus they would have to take it on a extended "fast" test drive to replicate the issue.

No wind noise of note (only a general rise ). I seem to have an annoying amount of wind noise coming from the top corner of the drivers door, right next to my ear. I was going to try and live with it but after covering 600 miles this weekend im convinced its not normal.

You could tape up various bits to see when it disappears (as it's quite a specific source, it should be easy to narrow down . Also check it's not the front corner of the rear door.
Of course it should be the dealer's job, but if it's a simple fix, much easier to do it yourself
Just back after a 220 mile journey from picking it up. Well it is certainly quick. Very quick.
I get the noise you're on about. Like a buzzing noise behind right ear when driving. Averaged 36-37 mpg.
I've seen about the sat nav postcode entries and a box saying PTCD meant to come up. I can't see this anywhere.
Edited. Now found the postcode entry.
