I placed an order with Seat Stockport today. Filled in the finance proposal so just waiting to hear back from VWFS.
5dr 290 black in monsoon grey. 1+23 with payments of £260. Includes free delivery and no other fee's.
Warrington offered me a 3dr DSG on a 3+23 deal. Deposit of £786 and monthlies of £262. I think they also add a fee of some sort of £180 is on top of that too.

Was the deal with Lookers SEAT Stockport based on DSG or manual? I assume manual as you mention the DSG on your quote from Warrington, but wanted to check. If not, then their prices have increased by £11 a month.
Also, did you deal with Carly?
Thanks, C.

Manual. They said the £249 deal was July pricing and it has increased. Yes I dealt with Carly. Was the deal with Lookers SEAT Stockport based on DSG or manual? A pretty good, non UK based, review. Goes into a lot of detail about the whole car so those wanting to watch something for 40 minutes or so whilst we wait for our Cupra's to actually turn up! :-)

Without watching it all yet, does anyone know if the Cupra comes with power folding wing mirrors? (will give me a few more cm's squeezing into the garage).

The brochure says the Cupra 290 black is:FR spec + Cupra spec + Cupra 290 black spec.
Here's screen shots of each to show you everything which is included.

Does anyone know of the pricing (perhaps based on previous Cupra 280's) of the first two services?
C.
Not a Cupra but i've been running a Golf R with the same engine for the last 18 months. In that time i've only covered about 7k miles but the car started pleading for it's first service at almost exactly 12 months. I asked about the long life servicing and was told it was only for high mileage cars and they wouldn't change mine. So pretty much guaranteed that 2 services in 24 months on a 6k pa deal is the requirement. String it along for another 20 days to hopefully miss the second service but I'm sure you end up liable for any service required within 30 days of your hand back. I'm going to hand my Golf back slightly early to avoid the second service.C.
My first service on the R only cost £145 so it's not a massive expense. I'll use the same dealer for the Seat as they were excellent and should be the same cost.

For anyone still thinking about it I've been told order book closes on the Leon 290 Cupra (Black) on Thursday but Tuesday might realistically be the last day to order one (before the facelift).
I've gone for a manual on a 1+23 @ £249 (inc 10k miles + metallic).
I also heard that the facelift can be ordered from Friday so that supports what you say about the book closing on the 290 on Thursday.I've gone for a manual on a 1+23 @ £249 (inc 10k miles + metallic).

What colours have everybody gone for? I originally went for monsoon grey but changed it to dynamic grey.
Hi mate, I went for monsoon grey after a chopping and changing. My misses said she wasn't bothered when I ordered it but yesterday a White Cupra passed us and she said "I really wish you'd got the white one. It looks so nice in white"Arrrrrrrrgh!
Rant over.
Ive gone for Monsoon Grey too. Saw one early morning last week, it looks very good when clean!.
I really do like the look of the white ones, but im trying not to draw attention to myself.
Also - i called CVL this morning as ive had zero contact from them since placing the order in Jul - they said the last update from the dealer for my vehicle was a unconfirmed build week 33!! (which i dont believe!!)

Week 33, that's the week starting 15 August. CVL said to me that once you get a confirmed build week it takes 3-4 weeks to reach the dealer. So yours should be getting pdi'd anytime soon.I really do like the look of the white ones, but im trying not to draw attention to myself.

Funny you should say that, I ordered Monsoon but the OH and I have also been umming and ahing over whether we should have gone for Dynamic, problem is we could not find a Dynamic one to look at anywhere local to us and when we did travel the 35 miles to a dealer who had one the sales managers girlfriend had gone shopping in it!I went for Ice Silver.
I already have a dynamic grey leon fr+, so didn't want the same. Out of principal, metallic was included in my price, so red or white was out. Dynamic is meant to be stunning in the flesh, but scrapes/chips are said to be extremely costly as it's a multi layer paint. So I shat it.
