Audi R8 V10 PLUS 2016

Just bought one. Never owned a car in yellow but this one in Vegas Yellow looks great. Whisper it quietly but I sold a Porsche GT4 to buy it. Great car on the track but I want a really fast road car and the GT4 did not feel that fast until you were in the upper reaches of the rev band. Only had a couple of short drives at the moment but I can confirm it is genuine supercar fast and the car exudes quality. Very pleased.

Burn him/her, witch!TX.
Ahh, not many of us Gen-2 owners on here....seems to be derided by the PH massive for some reason?
Love mine, had it since January and sold an AMG GT before it. Frankly, I'm typically more of a AMG man but just didn't gel with the GT. The R8 though is something else, and quite alarming how much faster and better it is in almost every way given the similar purchase prices. As I said above, I'm bemused by the lukewarm reception it's had because as a road-focussed (super?)car to use everyday, I can't think of a lot else that compares. It really is a cut-price Lambo with better technology and build quality.....it's almost a bargain
So much so, I'm considering swapping my black one for a yellow one (there's a good offer on the table). Just wondering if I've got big enough balls to drive round in a yellow car everyday. Could you post some pictures of yours?
In the meantime, some snaps of my black one....

Have not taken any photos yet but will publish when I have. Did not know the car had a lukewarm reception. I love the look of the car not as OTT as the Huracan so I felt OK with Vegas Yellow. Probably a slow burner, once people actually start driving them instead of basing their opinions on the motoring press they will realise what a great road car it is. Stick shift and motorsport clutch is OK for the track but is a pain stuck in traffic on a wet Friday night during rush hour

Black with red leather looks fantastic!
We have just had a lovely lady take delivery of her new V10 Plus in Daytona Grey with red leather, that looked great too.
We currently have a demo in Floret silver with black interior, that isn't a colour combo any of us would have chosen first but it really looks so good!

Love that - don't get yellow - the blue is the best colour (Ara) really pops in the light! Yellow just attracts flies like you wouldn't believe!Love mine, had it since January and sold an AMG GT before it. Frankly, I'm typically more of a AMG man but just didn't gel with the GT.
