VW GOLF 2005 stereo stuff

Anyone know if there is a way to plug an aux into the back of this stereo via RGB cables, I cant find out if the stock stereo has RGB output or not. I only want to play my own music without burning countless cd's!!!!

and all aftermarket headunits are either expensive, or look silly with their bright lights and annoying stuff.

Which radio do you have? RCD300??

I beleive it is - i checked the manual and it says RCD 300

Make sure your ground the ground cable otherwise it wont work.

Once installed you press the CD button twice

Thanks that looks spot on - ive ordered that now and itll come in a few days.
With that ground is it better to try and attach it to the chassis directly or to splice it into another ground from the radio connection feed?

On my old car I used one of the stereo mounting torx screws as ground. Depends on it your ground wire is long enough.
