After what seems an eternity my brilliant black S3 sportback black edition is being delivered next Tuesday.
Deal I got was from SCL - 3+23 @ £349 per month.
It's not earth shattering but it seems a lot of car for the money and having sold my focus ST 6 months ago when buying my first house I can't wait to get behind the wheel again.

Mine was pretty much the same but from Motorlet at £347, 3+23. Ibis S3 Sportback BE DSG, although mine is being delivered mid-December.Deal I got was from SCL - 3+23 @ £349 per month.

Just to update: My order for an S3 was swapped to an S4. S4 is turning up next week. Bit more expensive but hoping it's worth the extraHow's the car now you have it? Any strong feelings either way?

I know you preferred the Golf R you had previosuly but is it that bad? Wish me luck!
If i had my time again knowing what i know now, id skip the S3 and either go for another R or RS3.
The noise is the only real 'better' thing ... the R is better in everything else. if they do that R400 i would rip their arm off for it.
Had sign off from the better half to get a 2 seater fun car in a year or so for weekends to compliment the sensible i3. Leaning towards a £9k Boxster S (3.4 if possible..)
