Mk7 GTI front bumper repair

Hi,
I have a Mk7 GTI PP DSG. Today morning, a lady, in her car, reversed into the front bumper of my car. The damage isn't extensive, some paint loss and a slight misalignment to the edge where the bumper joins the body (picture included). The lady suggested that she would pay for the bumper repair. I think trying to progress this via an insurance claim would not be worth the effort and will probably affect my premium anyway at the next renewal, as it would be a not at fault claim.
I also wanted to ask whether if I took the car to a VW dealer, would this fixed under warranty (car has another 15 months manufacturer warranty left on it). I am guessing not but thought I would ask the question. I am thinking the best option is to get the work done by an independent VW specialist and send the bill to the lady.
