Hi All,

Have my S5 advertised on pistonheads and wondering if there are any specialists/dealers who might be worth contacting?

When I sold my last 911, all the offers were from dealers and wondered if there were any well known Audi specialists for similar?

Tried we buy any car and a bit dissappointed in the offer

Cheers

Could try Andrew at Volkswizard.co.uk.

Decent bloke who runs a one man VAG Specialist.

My B8.5 S4 with ADS and diff will be for sale soon if you're after one, or is SilentBrown's example rather special? biggrin

Thanks All,

Not had many offers and traders not offering any more than we buy any car, so will be going on the usual auction site.

Might even try a proper auction with no reserve ;-)

Might be worth giving these guys a try.
They bought my previous S3 sportback off me.

Really good people to deal with, I'd happily use them to buy a car too the way they dealt with the purchase of mine.

How come you're selling so soon fastgerman? I remember your thread from a few months back asking about them.

I ended up moving mine on in July after 4 months, just couldn't justify the running costs of that V8! Had it advertised on Auotrader without much interest, it was eventually sold via the PH classifieds. I had planned to list on eBay if that failed.

Edit: in fact looks like my old one is now back up for sale again too! http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/a...

I've just purchased a lovely B8 S4, and the garage owner there deals in quite a few S4's and S5's, might be worth asking if he is purchasing for stock, he's certainly got a gap in the forecourt now!

Sorry for slow replies

Will try GTI Center thanks. 2 dealers have offered the same as webuyanycar. I'm losing £3k at this rate since June...

Will also try Luckington, thanks

Tried ebay, failed with winning bidder not replying to anything so lowered the price on autotrader and pistonheads. 2 viewings now this week so will see - both from Pistonheads. £56 a complete waste of money on Autotrader. So far, nobody has even seen the car.

Love the car but yes, 22mpg as a daily to work makes no sense and 2nd child due in Jan so both the wife and I need 4 door cars.

3rd car (whenever that may be) will be a 911 :-)
