There are a significant number of people complaining after having the emmission scandal update with cars performing differently with worse economy acceleration noise etc.
If you are one of these people you can find a Facebook group of over 600 people and growing as at 25Feb2017. it is a closed group so you can find it in searches and request to join... under the name " The Volkswagen diesel customer forum (emissions scandal) "
EGR valve failures, DPF failures, limp mode, glow plug light constantly on .... are all symptoms people have experienced very often within days of the update. These things together with lower mpg and sluggish performance.
