R8 Roof not going up

Anyone had an issue that they've managed to sort?
Went down fine, but now won't go up. Windows go down as the normal sequence, but then nothing from the roof.
AA called out but can't do anything. Their diagnostics say both left and right hand side not locking, but they can't reset it.

Just to close this post down for anyone who searches for it.

The roof on the R8 wouldn't go up unfortunately. After waiting a week for Audi to get a free slot in their service bay it went in, only to be told that to "investigate the issue" would cost me NINE hours worth of labour! They would then check if the hydraulic pump was faulty which would be another £228+vat fee to check, not to replace it, just to check it.
If it was faulty then the cost for the pump was £1440+vat, plus the labour charge again.

I pulled it out from Audi and took to a 3rd party.
The roof motor was found to be water damaged and was replaced by http://roofmotors.co.uk at a cost of £249.99 and then I'll get £50 cash back on it when I return the faulty one. Labour charge was a fraction of Audi obviously, but then they found the roof switch was faulty as well so this was replaced.
