You will get a warning that you are running low on ad blu. But be warned. This can happen before services are due and from the warning you potentially only get a few hundred miles before the car stops. Interesting if you were in the middle of nowhere! I had to have mine topped up (FOC) a few thousand miles before the first service was due. After that you pay for it. Located in the boot and its corrosive so be careful if you top it up yourself
I very much doubt that you have it. Most, if not all, MBs with it are topped up via a 'second' filler pipe within the fuel flap opening.
Just another 'improvement' and something else to have to buy. Not sure about MB, but I note Jaguar dealers now list an AdBlue topup service for 'just' £29.99. Oh, and probably a free coffee thrown in as well. Bargain.

Spoke to a guy recently that had the AdBlue running low message on his dash. Went and bought some from MB. But couldn't find where to put it in. There was no extra blue cap in the filler flap. And when you lifted the boot floor up there was just normal sound insulation and the tyre sealant stuff.Just another 'improvement' and something else to have to buy. Turns out the factory hadn't cut the access hole in the insulation. And the tank filler was under there
