SOS phone light is red

VW T-Roc R-Line 1.5 TFSi auto - 21 plate.

This fault has happened before and cleared itself.

The red warning light came on in the cluster above the mirror. It is usually amber.

The info light and sos lights on the dash are also showing. I can’t work out what this means and it says take it to a dealer.

Any ideas?

Req booking in at a main dealers. Hopefully it's under warranty still. Probably be a software update (or 10!) or the emergency call control module.

Wife’s Golf R had this issue - just needed a new module.

same thing happened to my 2020 T Roc - went in to main dealer, they diagnosed it required a software update and a new roof aerial, which luckily was covered under warranty just within the third year
