Haldex oil change refused

I recently got my TT serviced and the Audi dealer would not do the Haldex oil change as it 'was on stop by Audi'. They did not know anymore or when this would end. Anyone have any idea? Thanks

Some of the Haldex oils have a UK/EU block on them. The oil is probably still available via 3rd party sellers but main dealers can't order it in. Same as the cleaning and lubricants for panoramic roof

Thanks. I've had various calls and e-mails from the dealer wanting a five star review which is hard when they have not done the full service and could not explain why not and when it might be possible. My Golf R is due a service soon so I will see what they say about the same subject.

Yup - there's an issue with haldex oil currently.

Source it elsewhere and use a specialist.
