Audi Factory Towbar prices
Discussion
Having just taken on a new company car (A6 Avant), I enquired about an Audi towbar and got a bit of a shock as the price for supply and fit was c£1200.
On t'internet I found a company that would come to me, supply & fit a Westfalia removable hitch with custom loom (not upsetting check control) for £543, which seems much better but still a bit pricey.
Has anyone got any more recommendations in the Yorkshire area?

Only recommendation I can make is be very selective on the towbar you choose - the non-audi one I bought (supposedly the least intrustive - i.e. virtually invisible mod needed to rear bumper as opposed to them hacking a huge lump out of it that was required with most of the aftermarket jobs) was absolute stE of the highest order. I'll see if I've still got the receipt with the manufacturer on it so you know who to avoid!
As far as i'm aware the genuine Audi fit towbars are Westfalia's. I fitted one of the detachable ones to the S4 i got online, good fit, no funny electrical gremlins with the check system.
Bloody heavy bit of kit though.

Just found this from towbars direct:
Westfalia Automotive
While Westfalia has been producing towbars in Germany since 1932, until recently Westfalia has only been available in the UK as genuine original equipment on vehicles such as Audi, BMW and Mercedes. In the last few years the company has moved into the UK aftermarket, and has now set up a UK warehouse located south of Birmingham
