Nav, B&O and some accompanying toys smile

As ever, non 'Audi' colours are a no-no unless it's rudely cheap.

Sprint blue would look gorgeous on an S5. I think when he said non-Audi colours he meant the £2,500 or so for the Exclusive paint, which is basically any colour you want.

Sprint Blue is a matter of opinion. Its a Marmite choice. Looks good in brilliant red or meteor grey IMHO.

Get the high phone prep for bluetooth, along with voice activation.. With respect to stereo, try listening to the B&O vs. standard set up.. Many complain B&O is a waste of cash..

Got mine in Sprint Blue with cream leather, looked at a black one too but the blue/cream combination stands out without being too in your face - just how I like it smile

B&O is pretty good, got it mainly for the resale value
Full parking sensors are good (without the rear camera)
Full phone prep is good too
Advanced MMI/Nav is a must
Light and Storage pack also come in useful

Only thing I wish I had which I don't is the radar guided cruise control, don't realise how useful this is until people start pulling into lane 3 at a slower speed than you're doing :P

Sprint Blue it is, anyone know of any good ones available, the one on Autotrader I think is a damage repair, went to see it and it is not good.

Hmmmm, I going to throw this into the mix re:colour I don't like the S5 in Sprint Blue, but the RS4 looks stunning in that colour.

I test drove my local dealer's demo S5, which was white. I didn't like it at first, but the more I've seen it about, the more I like it biggrin
I've also seen dark grey and black S5, which look superb.

The only thing I'm not keen on ,with the S5, is the lack of a black grill option frown

I came very very close to buying the Red S5 up for £31,495 at Stafford Audi a few weeks ago...

Pulled out of the deal as I didn't feel their offer was good enough in my eyes to take the plunge, so I've decied to hold fire til after christmas.

This particular car is EVO's ex longtermer loaned to Mr Meadan and Mr Barker... Looks like a nice car, but I was cautious of its history.

Owned from new (and serviced) by Audi UK so my assumption is that Stafford Audi may have more potential profit in this car than another if Audi UK have sold it for less than normal (its essentially an ex-press car)

If you have a manual, doing a hill start is difficult without rooling back with the electronic handbrake. wink

Not personally into the flower thing.....but if that floats ya boat winkbiggrin

Isn't it like the one in the Passat then? That automatically disengages when you start off?

Yeah, but only if the drivers seat-belt is engaged.

It can be released by pressing the button without a seatbelt, but if you're trying to hill start, you need teh belt on, what about putting the belt in but sitting on top of it, my old boss used to have to do that in his Kia Sorento because he was so fat. Only option really, if you drive off whilst sitting in the seat (obviously) the car senses the weight in teh seat and the all you'll hear until journey's end it BING-BING-BING-BING-BING-BING....
