Anyone got experience of Superchips Bluefin?
Discussion
I've just bought an Audi A4 2.0TDI SLINE (140BHP) and was looking to chip it to improve it's performance.
As the car is under warranty I'd like something that can revert back to original settings for servicing etc. and the Bluefin looks ideal.
Does anyone have experience of this, or are there any other recommendations for chipping the car?

My only experience was a MK1 Focus RS we took in PX a few years ago when I was at Ford that had been Bluefinned, and by god it was scary. Although having read more on the RS since I think the fact to change lane you just apply accelerator and try to keep the steering in check is a characteristic of the RS.
The guy who PX'ed it seemed to think it was pretty good as it's switchable.

I've got a Golf Edition 30 and after much consideration of Revo, APR and APS went with Superchips Bluefin for the simple reason you can reflash to totally standard when you want.
It reflashes the ECU with your original file if you wish - it doesn't revert to an 'equal' standard file leaving the other encrypted upgrade from say Revo or APR still sitting on your ECU in the background.
It resets your flash counter so no one can see what you have been doing
I have gone from uprated to standard quite a few times without issue and love the maps provided by Superchips for my car .... 229bhp standard on their rolling road to 299 bhp remapped .... which is interesting
I think any of the usual established names do good remaps - it is just that if reverted to standard the Superchips one is that - totally standard with nothing else left on your ECU ... which the others can't do. They all leave their software their in the background when reverted back - as you are really reverting to their standard file for your car, not your original one which has been totally overwritten.
Hope this makes sense !
