1998 audi a6 2.5tdi has on compression

my audi a6 2.5 tdi will not start and no one can fix it plz help.
it has no compression in all 6 cylinders. the oil pump has been changed because some one said there might not be any oil getting to the top of the engine so its not that, both heads have been taken off and all valves have been looked at so its not that, also the lifters are all ok and its the right oil so what else could cause this the car just went dead on the motorway plz help a i have no idea what else it could be. its a auto could it be anything to do with this and what psi should compression be thanks plz help me.
