Corrado VR6 OR Audi S3
I'm basically after either a Mint Corrado VR6 or cheap S3, I want to spend around 5-6k max, I don't do many miles so MPG isn't of concern, I've have 2 S3's in the past and enjoyed them but not loved them, I haven't owned a VR6 so can't comment, I know the Audi would be faster remapped but I guess there's not a lot in it when both are standard, my question is, is it worth getting a lovely Corrado VR6? Or a cheaper Audi S3?

t, the Corrado feels like its got more soul, plus I think its a really good looking future classic. There are about a dozen cars that I keep looking over and think i fancy one of those. The VR6 corrado is one of the dozen, they sound fantastic as well.

A friends got a VR6 and it good but runs out of puff very quickly compared to my S3. I used to love them but the insides are looking a bit dated for my liking now.
I bought my S3 for inbetween your price range and its far from a "nail". Overall package me personally think the S3 is alot better car, however the sound of the VR6 may sway me lol.
Seen as you have had 2 S3's it would make sense to have a change. Test one see what you think. If its a "not what I thought it would be" get another S3 and let tuning begin :-)
