37psi all round now and ride has improved
Mpg is worse but only minutely and probably about 20p per month so forget it
Drove it like a tt Had a spirited drive tonight and in sport mode with gratuitous paddling applied it's quite good fun

Think we're going to be ok

Me too, but I'm used to the flappy paddles now and quite like them. It certainly reaches light speed quicker than I could do with a stick.

I have now completed a couple of thousand miles post gearbox change & all seems ok at the moment. The miles include normal driving (obviously), VMax & 3 lots of Sporting Bears Dream Rides. At the VMax & Bears events I was not holding back, but only time will tell as the last gearbox did 60,000 miles, only 16,000 of that was stock car miles.

It feels good & makes my MRC'd car feel even better now I can let rip (sensibly of course)

Hi mate sorry to read about the troubles you've had. I wondered if you had had the gearbox mapped along with the ECU remap at 16k miles? Just wondering if this impacts the issue at all, etc. have just been sat reading page after page of this thread, so it's highly possible you have updated the thread since, I will get there eventually though...

It's not working for me guys - can't settle with the auto at all so it's now up for sale in the classifieds and I'm looking at a 135i...

other way round, a turbo is an exhaust driven supercharger....
