Yup. Don't fail the entire TVR community, Paul.

PS no pressure, obviously.

I did see this ages ago and saved the picture.... look interesting but I don't think it will take enough noise off.

I likes this idea. A lot of modern stuff eg BMWs have twin tailpipes, one in use all the time and the second one only opening over 2k rpm. My E46 Alpina had a vacuum operated butterfly in one tailpipe, opening up at higher rpms, whereas my E91 330i version must be electrically operated as there's an electrical plug in the boot that when unplugged produces more low down noise but throws up an ecu fault code after a while due to lack of back pressure. I reckon the valved 2nd tailpipes must just have an easier less-silenced route through the backbox allowing more noise through.

I reckon a freer valved exhaust gas route bypassing just one silencer would do enough without making it sound like it's broken - full bore open exhaust would be loooouuud. Finding the space to do it under a Griff would be the challenge. Giving the TVR plus an old BMW backbox and gubbins to JP Exhausts or similar and asking them to build a twin-route silencer could be interesting...

I can give you the name of the people doing mine. They look to succeed where others fear to tread. Not cheap however.

That looks really good Paul, looking forward to having a closer look soon hopefully.

LMFAO at the second video, great launch and LOL at the pops and bangs when the car is completely out of sight... quality!
