Well I'm looking forward to the Growl, there always was more in common with Griffers and Wedgies than the rest of the models.
Hi

Yes that's why some wedgers are coming to the the growl this year!

Our events are very similar so should be good fun.

So far at least 12 wedges will be joinning you, and some of these cars are the rare important cars like the Yellow factory SEAC race car, a road going SEAC, a SX supercharged car, 450SE, 350i's, 350SE's and a couple of 280i's thats as of todays date.
I am even more gutted I cannot make it now, I have soft spot for the wedge TVRs. That yellow factory SEAC I have seen a few times at various events and it is stunning, I would love to hear what it sounds like.

After a 20 year love affair with TVR's, we have finally purchased our Griff and are looking forward to attending some meets. Can anyone tell me the best site to check on the official Growl dates etc. Thanks.

Go on Facebook and there is a Griff owners section and also a Griff Growl section the Growl is in July but I will not be there as I will be on a boat around the Greek Islands, well done in getting a Griff as well as a Tuscan, can't understand why people have to have more than one TVR ;-) . Where abouts are you if your in Kent come along to one of our meets

Thanks for that Billy. We are not in Kent, we are round past Heathrow. Not super close but then not a million miles away either.

Yes thanks. I've requested to join both pages you suggested. As for the cars, we have yet to pick up the Griff. Hopefully this weekend. Only had the Tuscan a month. We really are jumping in the deep end rather than dipping a toe, but my wife fell in love with TVR 20 years ago and now we can afford to take the plunge we figured it was about time. And finally, yes i noticed you are working your way through the entire range !

Good choice of TVRs specially the Griff SE , I have a 1999 Griff with loads of great ugrades, unique dash with an Ali warning light panel, Wilwood brakes, ACT Triple Plenum, full hide interior, one thing you will need is a surrey folding roof so much easier than the original one see here

Had a Tuscan but the wife did not like it and we went to a TVR meet and she liked the T350 so sold the Tuscan and bought a T350

She hates the Cerb mind you I have had it 14 years and she has taken a back seat at the moment but still love it

My wife like the older TVR,s so maybe next year I might get one to add to the collection but that depends on work

Hope you enjoy the TVR,s no doubt you have done your home work but there is loads of info on here and facebook
