I suspect Paul is just busy or he has given the messages to the owner, as i dont believe it is Paul himself, and they have not made contact for whatever reason.

Hi guys - apologies for not replying but I was hoping to speak off the record with any interested parties as the 'owner' is still in two minds as to whether he is selling, but no-one replied with their phone number.....
