WATER PUMP PULLY !!
Discussion
Have you tried searching for any of the alternative parts on the Rimmer Bros Rover sheet Steve?

ETC5499 seem widely available for example.

Cheers will try that part number tomorrow ? Had some nerd on the phone for over an hour trying to explain to me about their massive parts bin of pullys !! I told them in the old days of micro fish their was a diagram with measurements and that the new system for NOS is flawed !!
But hey ho what do I know ?
It's getting to the stage where I will end up making my own ;-)

I have a garage full of spare engine, loom, Ecu etc that I want to keep but you are more than welcome to borrow at anytime to copy or use etc. in between Lichfield and burton, work in Walsall so very close.

Thank you I might take you up on that offer ;-) I have the original PULLY but as it was out off line by 2mm and if the car was driven hard the belt would fly off , so in my wisdom I made a spacer to put it into line :-) but as the PULLY had been on the engine all its life had sort of worn an off set groov into it so when the thing went back together it squealed like a pig !! However the belt never came off !! It's just too noisy !!
