Hi Guys.

Out of interest, does anyone on here own my old Griff 500.

The reg on it when I sold it was P2 GRF.

I collected it brand new back then.

Would like to know where it is now!

Regards.

I still have my Griff 500 that I bought new back in '99 along with a book of photos I took at the factory visit when it was being completed. Happy days...

First owner of my one told me that it was HR Owens demo Griff. He drove out of their premises, got a short distance down the road and had to stop at a junction. 2 builders drove slowly by in a Transit, one of them wound his window down and gave Griff driver a W....r sign....

What a welcome to TVR ownership !!

Will do, if i can remember the exact spec that is.

I remember selling it to a garage in Lyndhurst, in p/ex, where it went after that, i have no idea. They may have even re-registered the car & sold the number plate them selves.

When i sold it, i lived in Dibden Purlieu, Hythe, Hampshire.

Actually, i have seen it on Google images, it was the same colour as this car here, but had cream/magnolia leather, matching wool carpets, matching dash colour also, had gold badges, front & rear.

Regards.

Dave.

Hi Ian.

Got mine from Portfield Sports & Classics, near Chichester, don't think they are there any more though. Then part exchanged it at the garage in lyndhurst, before they became a Ferrari dealer.

Coincidence, that's where my Griff came from on March 01 1999 smile And no, they're no longer there.

No, it was a chap called Mike Wickens and his brother, Tim. Kevin Moore was service manager, now at Aston Works Service.
