Sad news guys, the pink Griff is currently being serviced and is going up for sale after that. My wife's drinks business is going insanely well, so we need to money to pump into that.

Funny enough I did actually read that.... according to the original posts it was also due a service and heater fix last August but is being done now. I'm sure the reasoning is sound behind that and not necessarily questioned in this case but the amount that off load TVRs when the running costs hit home is no real surprise.

I think my wife might frown upon me sharing photos of her on pistonheads sadly.

Service just done by a fab TVR garage - I'd rather the new owner had nothing to worry about as Spring kicks off.

I have a bit of a two week window to see if it sells, after which I need to renew the garage it is in and travel to Japan. I give it 50/50 at this stage. 9 emails so far including the usual "what would you take for a cash sale?". What other method are the other buyers proposing? Cotton Futures? Bitcoin? A LOT of dish washing?

Did you know that positive glass-half-full people are empirically proven to be more successful and live longer than cynics? :-)

I did do a fuller reply when someone else raised a point to my post after that one.

However a retort in the spirit of providing entertainment for the greater PH readership.....

You are obviously immensely successful and only have to sell your Griff so that your wife's drinks business can continue to grow. I, in the meantime, will die young, bitter and penniless. Enjoy the rest of your long life in the delivery van of your choice, successful friends tell me Transits are good. Perhaps one day you'll get a sports car for the high days and holidays to accompany it.

hehe

Small world my SiL is a senior partner in a Medical centre in Dorking. Down here in Hampshire we consider Surrey to be lala land, a bit like the UK equivalent of California....

No one drinks tap water either, it's fizzy stuff out of the bottle or nothing, perhaps there's a niche to plumb fizzy water straight to taps in the homes there....

Funny that,my wife loves fizzy water........

So, you say it can be plumbed in, hmm that's an idea, we'll put it next to the smoothie tap.

That'll impress the tradesmen.
