Per DVLA, MOT expired October 2015, when it had done 71,290 miles ... MOT in September 2009 had mileage at 70,370, so hardly used.

That's the courtesy car that comes with the property! Say you'll buy the house if the Griff is 'thrown in'! Interesting where you find TVR's nowadays.
