when I got my car, it had these rears fitted... not a great fan but tried the std ones... and also some tinted ones... but with the car being red, they blended in too much... So I stayed with the ones fitted... I also changed the fronts to look like the Tuscan indicator ones and match the metal ring look of the rears....
I have all the std bits so can easily be changed back if required but it does give it an individual look that I like wink

Beaver, these were the ones I wanted but couldn't source them. Got he other alternative and very happy with the result. Up till now no one found it to be a set back. Only positivs.

Will keep the originals in spare but won't put them back on.
Sorry for the bad pics (Phone)

Ronald

I changed mine for the ones off Ebay which were sold as Cavalier GSI lights (although I dont think they are std GSI lights).

I prefer the new ones but to each his own.

I know I am easily confused....but why do you need ear defenders to change rear lights?

Just a thought.

How about use the standard cavalier units but tint the orange indicator red and smoke the reverse as a slight difference to cavalier gsi units or red tint the reverse and indicator on the standard cavalier unit. Depends on the colour of the body to how well it blends in or stands out.

He's a Griff owner - to wear his medallion and chest wig he had to have the engine running.

For reference, the mirrors on the late Griffs and Chims are the Corrado mirrors fitted to everything from Cerbera to Sagaris - more readily available and more robust than the bloody Citroen rubbish.

Pardon? They stick out less than the Citroen ones, and there is less wind noise too

Unless you fit the ally seat bases.

Although, I prefer the look of Corrado mirrors on the Grief.

Here’s how they look, with the Fibreon base adaptors, on my Chimaera

They seem smaller, not bigger, to me. But a picture is better than 1000 worms, so I will get my old ones out and take a photo of them together.

Be Bach later, as Handel once said. laugh
