Rear light cluster replacements

Im going to change one of the rear clusters on the Griff with a new original as one has cracked.
Did TVR fit these the way they were designed or am I going to encounter glue or other surprises ?

TVR used a LOT of silicone - I cracked both of mine when I took them out, even after cutting round the edges with a stanley blade.
Plus you'll need to dremel 5-10mm of the rear edges of the lenses back a bit - when you have new and old side by side you'll see what needs chopping out to get the new one to fit.
