Hi all,

I'm looking to change the wheels on the Griffith, after seeing some examples on here, Ive settled on some Lenso BSX's, 16 inch front, and 17 inch on the rear,

As the car is white, I was wondering wether to go for the black ones they do -

Car in question..

Just wondering what people option's are, weather to go for black, or play it save with silver
they also do a gold..

Before I scrolled down and saw your car I would have said 100% go for silver, personally not keen on the black middles...... however having seen the car they may just look awesome on a white Griff. Tough decision!

Sorry I have been no help. getmecoat

Matthew, Just what I'm wondering too, not usually a fan of them, but could look good

Butch, many thanks for the photo, the silvers do look good! Looks lovely on yours too.

Heres a quick mock up I did using my lack of photoshop skills......

Based on your Photoshop mock up I would be more tempted to take the risk on the black option.

Here are some pics I have saved over the years of Griff running Calibre Vintage wheels which are similar to the Lenzo ones you are looking at:

I do think the larger BBS style split rims look great on a Griff.

Many thanks guys, Think I'll go for the black then, the chap at the shop said he has black ones in stock as well, but silver ones not to the new year. Another reason to go for the black ones smile

Many thanks for the photos Matthew, really do like the look of them

Hi,

What size wheels are you looking at?

I wanted to get a set of 17/18 front rear wheels in the Lenso but found that most suppliers wanted to only sell 4 wheels in one size....

Be happy to do a combined purchase if you are also looking to step the wheels?

Hi there

I'm looking at 16 inch front and 17 inch rear,

I contacted a company called Rimstyle, the chap I spoke to there was happy to sell staggered wheel sizes

I think black or anthracite MO6s on your car would look even better than on mine, and I love mine!

I recon the silvers would look great on yours being red, when researching I saw this one, they're compomotives I think-

Bet black would look good as well though,

Dark centres with polished rims can look good in my opinion. Here is a picture of my old chim with Image three-piece wheels.

Mr Poxon you are quite incorrect. wink

Rosie's wheels are Lenso BSXs, 16" on the front and 17" on the rear.
